Vending Machine Relocation Services
Moving a vending machine requires more than just a truck — it requires specialized equipment, safety protocols, and precision. Whether you're moving a single unit across the hall or an entire fleet across the city, we're here to help.
Before You Request a Quote
To provide you with an accurate estimate and ensure a safe transport, please gather the following information before heading to our Contact Page:
Machine Type
(e.g., Snack, Drink, Combo, or Specialty)
Make & Model
This helps us determine the weight and center of gravity.
Dimensions
Exact Height, Width, and Depth (including any protruding card readers or handles).
Weight
Note if the machine will be moved empty or stocked (we strongly recommend emptying machines before transport).
We need to know the "path of travel" for both locations:
Ground Level vs. Stairs
Are there any steps, curbs, or steep inclines?
Doorway/Hallway Clearances
Measure the narrowest point the machine must pass through.
Flooring Types
(e.g., Carpet, Tile, or Concrete) to ensure we use the correct floor protection.
Preferred Date/Time
Pick a preferred date and time, and we’ll coordinate to find a window that fits both our schedules.
Site Contacts
Who will be on-site at both the origin and destination to grant access?
How the Process Works
Submit Your Inquiry
Use our Contact Page and select "Relocation Request" from the dropdown menu.
Review & Quote
Our team will review your logistics and provide a flat-rate.
Site Assessment
For complex moves, we may request photos or a brief video of the entry/exit paths.
Execution
Our professional movers arrive with specialized pallet jacks and lifts to complete the job safely.
Note: Please ensure the machine is powered down and unplugged at least 1 hour before our team arrives. If the machine has a refrigeration unit, it should remain upright during and after the move.
